Heists, dinosaurs and vikings… get ready for some family fun this April!

Get ready for a month of fun at Taunton Brewhouse this Easter holidays as we open the doors to an action-packed family theatre programme full of familiar favourites and brand new friends.

DINOSAURS AND ALL THAT RUBBISH
SUNDAY 2 APRIL

Start with a roarsome adventure on 2 April. Dinosaurs and All that Rubbish is an imaginative adaptation of Michael Foreman’s environmental tale with dancing dinosaurs fuelled by rock’n’roll. This riotous show will have you tapping your toes from start to finish.

MINISTRY OF SCIENCE
SUNDAY 2 APRIL

Fancy something more explosive? Be quick and you may get one of the final tickets to Ministry of Science. The UK’s favourite science team are also in Taunton on 2 April.

VINLAND
THURSDAY 6 APRIL

On 6 April, South West theatre company Jack Dean presents Vinland. Set sail with Freydis and Snorri on a Viking adventure filled with ghosts, monsters, and… wild gooseberries! Vinland retells the incredible story of the Vikings last journey to America using storytelling, animation, and live music.

THE TIGER WHO CAME TO TEA
FRIDAY 7 – SATURDAY 8 APRIL

Next up, a big, stripy tiger is coming around for tea! Direct from the West End, the Olivier Award nominated smash hit show, The Tiger Who Came to Tea returns with a classic tale of teatime mayhem. The last few tickets for 7-8 April are available now.

THE OAK, THE ASH AND THE STANDING STONES
WEDNESDAY 12 APRIL

Enchanting folk music and storytelling combine in The Oak, the Ash and the Standing Stones on 12 April. Explore the magical countryside in this delightful show from Tidal Tales Collective. This is the perfect show to embrace the power of the outdoors and listen to a variety of different musical instruments including loop station, theremin and beatbox.

THE MUNCH MISSION
THURSDAY 13 APRIL

Dream of becoming the next CIA agent? Don’t miss The Munch Mission on 13 April – a brand new playable theatre show where you control the plot. Help the characters chase leads, decipher clues and interrogate suspects to retrieve the missing artwork in this globe-trotting adventure.

MILKSHAKE LIVE!
SUNDAY 16 APRIL

Looking to see some of your favourite children’s TV stars? Don’t miss Milkshake Live on 16 April for plenty of laughter and interaction with Paddington, Daisy & Ollie, Milo, Noddy, Pip and Posy, Blue’s Clues & You and of course Milkshake Monkey. Perfect for little ones and suitable all ages.
