Pride Programme Designer
We’re looking for a designer to help us shape the visual identity and publicity materials for our upcoming Pride programme in June.
This season is a celebration of queer joy, resistance, creativity and community. We want the artwork to feel bold, thoughtful, and rooted in lived experience, something that reflects both the vibrancy and the depth of the LGBTQ+ community. We would especially love to work with a designer who identifies as part of the LGBTQ+ community. Representation matters to us, and we believe there is something powerful about Pride being shaped visually by someone who understands its nuances, histories, and spirit from the inside.
The brief will include:
• Programme artwork and branding
• Print publicity materials (posters, flyers, brochures)
• Digital assets for web and social media

With a track record of a broad programme of entertainment and cultural activities and the successful negotiation of a 50-year lease on Taunton Brewhouse, Taunton Theatre Association Ltd is seeking a Trustee/Director to take the lead on finance as we move into a demanding but exciting era.
We seek an individual with a financial background, able to give guidance to the Board as well as to work with our senior finance team and auditors. You will chair our quarterly Finance and General Purposes Committee as well as reviewing the monthly financial results. An understanding of charity finance will be most helpful as we are regulated by the Charity Commission as well as Companies House. You will be succeeding a similarly skilled colleague who is retiring.
With so much change, this is an exciting time for us, and we are keen to hear from individuals who are passionate about supporting the arts and who relish the opportunity of helping to shape the future of Taunton Brewhouse.

We seek individuals who share our passion for the arts and our commitment to providing a home for bold, brilliant and inclusive artistic and creative performance and participatory experiences. As a member of our charity Board, you will help set our strategy and goals, appoint senior staff, give oversight and support to management, ensure due diligence in regulatory matters, pay attention to financial management and ensure a robust approach to the management of risk.
Whilst our current priority is to appoint a successor to our Trustee with responsibility for Finance (see separate announcement), we are keen to hear also from those who can offer a range of skills including HR, fundraising, marketing and general management especially with arts or charity experience.
With so much change, this is an exciting time for us. We are keen to hear from those who welcome contributing to and learning from the opportunity of helping to shape the future of Taunton Brewhouse.
