Ticket holder options
We know you were looking forward to the show but sometimes we have to reschedule or even cancel. If you find yourself with a ticket for one of these shows these are your options.
Reissued tickets – for your event on a new date (where a reschedule has been possible)
Credit added to your Taunton Brewhouse account – which can then be used for any event in the future, and is valid for 2 years (and we are sure there will be plenty of shows coming up which you will want to see).
Ticket refunds – the cost of your tickets will be credited to the card you paid with, or by bank transfer if you paid in cash.
Donation – the past two years have been tough for the arts sector. Therefore, we are hugely grateful to those people who elect to donate the full or partial cost of their tickets to Taunton Brewhouse to help support our charity. Many thanks if you decide to choose this option.
