Theatre Café Closure
Due to increased external competition, we’ve made the difficult but necessary decision to close our Theatre Café with immediate effect so that we can focus our efforts on other areas of the business.
From September, we will also be discontinuing our Pre-Show Charcuterie Boxes, Pre-Show Curries, and Movie Monday Lunch Club. All affected bookers have been contacted. If you have any questions, please call us on 01823 283244.
Our Theatre Bar will remain open before events and during intervals, serving a range of premium drinks and snacks. We’re proud to stock many local brands including Sheppy’s Cider, Marshfield Farm Ice Cream, Quantock Brewery, and Mr Miles Tea and Coffee. Our bar menu can be viewed below.
Although our café service has now ended, our commitment to delivering high-quality events for the community remains as strong as ever. We would like to thank our wonderful customers, and our brilliant hospitality team and volunteers, for their hard work and dedication over the past 18 months.

Theatre Bar
The Theatre Bar is a great place to meet with friends and family and enjoy a quick drink before the show begins.
The bar opens an hour before showtime and serves a range of premium drinks and snacks. We’re proud to stock many local brands including Sheppy’s Cider, Marshfield Farm Ice Cream, and Mr Miles Tea and Coffee.
The bar is also open during intervals and you can skip the queue by pre-ordering ahead of time. To do so, pleasure ensure you have a mobile number linked to your account.

Enjoy a pre-show charcuterie box ahead of any event cinema screening for just £18!
Book your charcuterie box when purchasing tickets and enjoy a selection of cured meats and cheeses, crackers, grapes, chutney, and olives. Vegetarian options are also available.

Yes! Unless otherwise stated, drinks purchased at our bar can be taken into events. We serve our drinks in reusable plastic cups. Please help us reduce our use of single use plastic by returning your cup when you are finished.

No. Only drinks purchased at the venue may be consumed at the venue.

Yes, Taunton Brewhouse is now dog friendly.
Please note that dogs are not allowed in the Westward Room, Studio, Creative Hub or Auditorium (except assistance dogs). We also ask that you keep your dog on a lead at all times and that you follow our pet policy.
