Audience safety has always been a top priority for venues around the world and that includes us here at The Brewhouse.

2020 has understandably drawn a spotlight on this previously routine activity, bringing it to the forefront of audience expectations and organisational practices.

We want you to relax and enjoy our exciting programme of events and activities, safe in the knowledge that you’re being looked after, and industry standard kitemarks are a great way of demonstrating our commitment to audience health & wellbeing. So we’re very pleased to announce that The Brewhouse has successfully achieved all standards of cleanliness, risk assessment and practical application to secure not one, but TWO of these industry kitemarks.

WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

Visit England’s kitemark is awarded to tourist locations and visitor attractions that have demonstrated a proactive approach in their response to audience safety and have adapted operations in line with Government and public health guidance.

 The Society Of London Theatre & UK Theatre’s mark is a Theatre Industry specific campaign, highlighting venues who have achieved high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and risk mitigation.

 

We love our audiences and, although a small gesture, hope that these kitemarks will provide some reassurance when making the decision to book tickets for one of our workshop, live events or cinema screenings.
