The world might look a little different today, but we’re all still the same inside, and that means we need to take extra care to look after ourselves and each other, now and in the coming weeks.
So in an attempt to make the best of a difficult situation, we have put together this wellbeing document, complete with a selection of resources that should help to support the general wellbeing of our team, associated artists, workshop facilitators, and our amazing volunteers.
It’s a work in progress and we’ll keep adding new and useful resources along the way. So if you have any great ideas for keeping yourself busy, a simple family recipe you’d like to share or have found any useful resources, send them over and we’ll try to include them.
