Summer may be upon us, but here at Taunton Brewhouse we are already thinking about our Christmas production which this year is a musical theatre adaption of Kenneth Grahame’s classic story Wind in the Willows. Written by Julian Woolford, with music by Richard John, it is from the same team that brought you The Railway Children.
If you are between 9 and 16 years old and a budding actor, singer or dancer and interested in performing on stage with a professional cast and crew then the Youth Ensemble is for you! Taunton Brewhouse are holding auditions for performers aged 9 to 16 years old to be part of the youth ensemble for their annual Christmas show.
The youth ensemble supports a large cast of professional actors and musicians and is an invaluable experience for any young performer interested in taking musical theatre or performing, further in their lives.
AUDITIONS: 31st July & 1st August 2021 at Taunton Brewhouse.
REHEARSALS: Weekends and most evenings September through to the end of November, as well as daytime rehearsals on the last week of summer holidays (w/c 30th August) ad October half-term (w/c 25th October).
PERFORMANCES: 9th December 2021 – 2nd January 2022. No shows on Mondays and Christmas Day.
