Exhibition launch evening for Somerset Open Studios

The Brewhouse was delighted to welcome guests to the exhibition launch evening for Somerset Open Studios.

Taunton’s Brewhouse Theatre & Arts Centre were delighted to welcome more than 100 guests to the launch evening for their new exhibition that is part of SAW (Somerset Art Week).

The gallery spaces had been transformed into working studios, as well as exhibition spaces to reflect the practices of the three internationally celebrated, but Somerset based, contemporary artists, Deborah Westmancoat, Michael Fairfax and Louise Baker who were being represented.

Somerset Open Studios have more than 210 venues participating and are a county wide opportunity to view more than 300 artists and makers from a range of disciplines in their working environment. It is now the largest visual art and design event in the Somerset.

This brilliant exhibition runs until 1 Oct.
