A Letter From Richard Chappell About Infinite Ways Home

I am so delighted to tell you know about my new show, Infinite Ways Home.

It is coming to Taunton Brewhouse on the 25 March. Being born and raised just down the road in Devon, I am so proud to be able to share my most ambitious work to date with audiences in Somerset.

Created during the pandemic, this powerful and moving show is inspired by our need for human connection and explores themes of ritual and rave performed by our stellar cast of dancers and musicians.

Infinite Ways Home combines contemporary dance with ballet and improvisation and sees five of our outstanding company members dance alongside a live violinist and set to a score by Welsh electronic duo Larch.

Ahead of the show we will be delivering a curtain raiser workshop on the 22 and 24 March. This celebratory two-day workshop will see participants learn new choreography that draws on the themes in Infinite Ways Home and will culminate in a performance on the Brewhouse stage ahead of the show.

My mission for Richard Chappell Dance is to create memorable and moving dance works that have the power to move and connect people, help support the sector and early year choreographers, and provide unique experiences for people to further engage and enjoy dance.

We are all so looking forward to our performance at Taunton Brewhouse on the 25 March and I really hope you are able to join us then.
