An Evening with Marcus Trescothick hosted by Graham Gooch.
Marcus Trescothick OBE was one of England’s most gifted and respected opening batsmen of the modern era. A Somerset man through and through he played for the county from 1993 to 2019 and represented England in 76 Tests scoring over 5,800 runs.
Since his retirement he has transitioned seamlessly into coaching and mentoring. His story is not only about runs and records, but about resilience, openness, and the human side of elite sport.
Host for the evening is another English cricket legend Graham Gooch who was one of the most prolific run makers top-flight cricket has ever seen.
During the 1st Innings, Graham will take a nostalgic look back on Marcus’s illustrious career with numerous anecdotes, after the interval the 2nd Innings is open to any questions you may have for either Marcus or Goochie.
The Taunton Brewhouse theatre will be open from 7pm with the main event starting at 8pm. There will be a raffle during the evening with some great signed items as prizes up for grabs, winners will be announced after the interval and prizes available to collect after the show.
With only a limited number of tickets available and to avoid disappointment it’s important to book now for what promises to be a fantastic night of fun and entertainment for all sport enthusiasts.

Waiting List & Re-Selling Tickets
While we have a no refund and no exchange policy, the Box Office facilitates a Waiting List for events which are sold out, and a potential Re-Sale list of tickets that customers can no longer use. If an event is listed as sold out, please phone the Box Office to add your name and phone number to the Waiting List.
If you can no longer use your ticket(s), please phone the Box Office to discuss. We may be able to sell them to another customer if the event is sold out. These tickets will not be for purchase online, but will be offered to customers already on the Waiting List or who enquire after the show has sold out.
If some or all of your tickets are re-sold, they will be refunded to you minus the non-refundable £3 commission on each ticket.
We do not guarantee any sales via this process, and we will only attempt to re-sell tickets when all other seats have been sold and the event is listed as sold out.
