This festive season, Father Christmas invites you to Taunton Brewhouse to experience a magical, vibrant enchanted forest inspired by the whimsical world of Pinocchio.
Wander through a dreamland filled with giant flowers, colourful fir trees and more, all crafted from recycled materials designed by local schools, families, and community groups.
Join our jolly forest elf to create a tree decoration and hear the latest news from the North Pole. Then, meet Father Christmas himself as he prepares for the big day in his Somerset workshop. Before you leave, you’ll receive a make-at-home gift to cherish and enjoy with your family during the festive season.

What’s included in the price?
Every ticket to Visit Father Christmas includes a craft activity with our jolly elf, a meet and greet with Santa himself, a trip around our vibrant enchanted forest, and a small, creative gift for you to take home and enjoy.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time slot to meet the elf and make your craft. The time on your ticket is when you will meet Father Christmas, if you arrive late we cannot guarantee entry. If you are attending a performance following your visit, we recommending booking a time slot that allows you plenty of time to get comfortable before the show starts.
How long does the experience last?
Your visit can last up to 20 minutes – 10 minutes with the forest elf making your craft and then 10 minutes meeting Father Christmas. Your ticket time is when you will meet Father Christmas. Each visit lasts 10 minutes, but you are of course welcome to leave earlier if you wish.
Do I have to purchase a ticket for my baby?
Children under 12 months can visit for free and do not need a ticket; however, they will not receive a gift. If you’d like your baby to receive a gift, please book a ticket for a child aged 1.
How many adults can accompany a child?
Up to 4 adults can accompany children during each time slot.
Can I book multiple children?
Yes, each time slot can accommodate up to 4 children, with discounted ticket prices for multiple children.
What are the gift categories?
Gifts are suitable for two age groups: 1-5 years and 6+. All gifts are gender neutral and creative in nature – perfect for getting arty at home!
Is the event accessible?
We offer accessible visits with normal lighting (not dimmed), no flashing lights, a quiet audio soundtrack, and a calm, seated Father Christmas. If you have specific access needs, please let us know when booking, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
