The MAD Hub CIC – Dancing through the Decades

Join us as we welcome dancers from The MAD Hub, who will explore different music genres through the decades with varying styles and difficulties of dance.

This community group is filled with fantastic dancers who will showcase their amazing talents, including nationwide championship performances from teams, special unseen videos of dance from their summer camps, and dancers performing from the local Merge Dance Company. Join this fantastic show where you’ll be on the edge of your seats — not knowing whether to sing and dance along or sit back and enjoy the variety of styles on offer.

Please note: The 2pm show is a relaxed dress rehearsal – open to all and perfect for anyone who prefers a more informal theatre experience.

Megan’s Academy of Dance has been running for over 14 years, and just over two years ago, decided to focus fully on what they could offer the community — becoming The MAD Community CIC. This led to the creation of a community hub in the centre of town, with accessibility and inclusivity at the forefront of their values.

They’re working hard to ensure everyone gets the same level of access to training, performance opportunities, and venue use. Support their dancers to achieve something incredible in and for Taunton.
