About the workshop leader

Jo Middleton is an experienced author, blogger, and creative writing workshop leader who believes writing should be joyful and fun rather than another item on your ‘I really should’ list – no red pens, no scary critiques, just a lot of encouragement and the occasional biscuit.

Jo’s debut novel, Playgroups and Prosecco, was described as “hilarious and heartwarming” and was followed by Happy Bloody Christmas, with her third novel, Not Another Bloody Christmas, due out this year.
