Join us on Saturday 5 November from 11am – 2pm for the official opening of Somerset West and Taunton Council’s multi-million-pound Coal Orchard regeneration.
Here at Taunton Brewhouse, we will be providing live music from South West bands 3 Daft Monkeys and Razzamo, and entertainment including face-painting, circus skills workshops, family-friendly crafts and wandering performances related to our Christmas production The Little Prince.
Plus, enjoy festive drinks courtesy of Sheppy’s Cider or dig into our delicious hog roast. There will also be opportunities to win tickets, gain exclusive discounts, and find out more about our 2023 season.
Somerset County Cricket Club and Stumpy the Mascot will be greeting visitors and playing some fun cricket themed inflatable games throughout the launch.
GoCreate Taunton will be holding art and craft workshops for children, and there will be an artwork display by chainsaw artist Matthew Crabb from West Somerset who is currently working on an exciting new sculpture for SWT to be unveiled soon.
